    Default Moneyboxes

Femurat's pictures show the Automatic Recording Co's design was widely made around Europe, as well as US and UK, over several decades.
This metal safe with 2-number comlock has also been around for some decadeds, since at least 1970's, and still made with many colours and badges.

Uploading pictures has repeatedly failed; I'll try again another day.

Chubbbramah, it might be worth re-trying the pictures again if it was a couple of weeks ago when you last tried, as Brian's since got everything up to date now and all the gears running as smooth as they can be.

    Default modern comlock safe

I see the problem: pics of this moneybox are 2 -2½Mb so too big to upload. Not sure I can quickly make them smaller. I'll try some other boxes.

    Default Barrel bank 1950, plastic

This is a sort of register bank, but the dial is manual, and only goes up to £1 — that is 240 pennies (d not p, so over 1" diameter). The box is not mine, and mine has faded somewhat, but these are better pics.

There is no lock, just a plastic plug.

    Default wooden banks

Hobby catalogues sold blanks by mail order for home finishing by painting, pyrography, or what have you. Some included a simple lock, in this case stapled on. The pear dates from the 1980's; the other might be 1930's.
