Looking for Help with Appraisal

Hi all,

Was hoping someone might be able to provide me with some insight into the following padlocks. The year these were made, where they might be from?

Would anyone have any idea on the approximate value of these padlocks, or who I could contact in regards to getting them appraised?

My family has a collection of approximately ~300-350 different padlocks, and would like to get the collection appraised.
