Help to identify antique padlock.

Hello,

I'm basically a long-time handcuff collector living in Sweden.

My knowledge in antique padlocks however is very limited. Some of my old restraints have padlocks but these are generally of Swedish manufacture and from the time
of the restraints.

A friend of mine, a padlock collector, is moving to a smaller place and he is now selling away parts of his collection due to the lack of space. He asked me for help to identify a very huge and heavy padlock which he believe is German.
As I don't have the padlock in my hand, I can't tell the weight and the measures but perhaps somebody on this Forum at least can give me a clue. Also, a price indication would be most appreciated.
