Help finding combination for JBMKL Miller Master Special Lock

Hey I just picked up a JBMKL Master Special at a flea market.
Dial stops when turned all the way to the right. Code on shackle is CC 183 any help with possible combinations would be appreciated. Also when were these locks made?

1:30 - 4:00 Researching Chubb – from that moment the first lock, patented in 1818 by Jerimiah Chubb, the company as well as the people involved is full of twists and turns, adventure and intrigue, emotion and passion and all set against a backdrop of world events… We start to put together the definitive story starting our first Group project.
There is allways time after a meeting for further socialising & networking.
