This one isn't quite Hollywood, but Van Nuys is only 8.5 miles away. An impressive but clearly fake vault door was constructed for an Aston Martin dealer (Galpin Ford). Behind the door is "Club Aston."

Note in the last image the locking bolts are not evenly extended.

Another one that isn't Hollywood but certainly represents a mock up. It's the "Coca-Cola Vault", where they keep the secret recipe!

Clearly they've gone to a lot of trouble and expense, but somewhat failed to really get it...

In s3e6 of Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries is a hotel safe which is shown twice. I believe there is one other episode of season 3 which has a wall safe.

There is a safe being hoisted about 4 minutes in. Can anybody identify it please? it is clearly American and my knowledge is limited to UK safes:

    Default The Steel Trap

Here's a 1952 movie that looks like it was filmed in a real bank -- The Steel Trap.

I forgot to mention that this lock clicks loudly as the dial is turned, like many Hollywood locks, which seems to have aided an outsider in determining the combination. I assume this sound effect was added in post-production. Of course real locks don't click.
