    Default old safe literature

having a sort / clear out and found these, any info on approximate dating would be nice / appreciated.
Chubb manual of safes and strongrooms, mentions 1968 isolator introduction and some 1973 brochures, so assume 1973 or close after.

Hiya Gary, wow- you always trawl up some superb stuff from your clear outs!
Had no idea those chubb manuals existed! And love all the Chatwood stuff.
The fourth chatwood picture with Al Almond (after the explosives attack)looks to be one of their legendary CB Quality safes- an incredible bit of kit that, and overall some superb info and pictures there for the historical record.

Cheers Huw, does anyone know what R.R. could stand for in reference to Chubb safeworks products, seems to be heavy strongroom doors rather than safe products.

Congratulations Gary for having resuscitated the site again - and then some.
To take the Tann Reliance name it came in conjunction with the 1843 Patent No.9963 for the Bank lock with Guarded Lever and to which they Registered the Trade Name Reliance.
