Basco insurace padlock
old one i have,frozen cylinder,soaked and soaked ,frozen,made of ? cadium ?,steel jacket.
got some info from Robert Dix,great help. Anyone have one of these,,mine only locks at toe and has only one hole on toe side for locking
discs are free (5) but core is froze and any info would be appreciated
found 2 other patents on these,but not for mine ?

still frozen,,so i will let it hang,not much i can do with cadium ? plug without real damage to it
it is different from the two i found patents for

Another point Gary is that although the key is marked 'patent' nothing has been found in the British patent abridgements, so maybe its one that was 'applied for' but not granted... The mystery...
