Nathan, see Lucky key Contest pdf catalog pages from defunct Zipf Lock Co. dated March 1965 and Ilco Catalog No. 12 (c)1941 attached.

Maybe Old Ilco 1248? Crosses to Keil 251E, Old Ilco 1248S and Graham 2790C, all l-o-n-g obsolete of course. See thumbnail attached.

Default ilco flat key contest padlock

Wow first time seen that padlock with flat steel key. To me look like you may have to get longer flat steel key and file it down to fit the key-way. I copy some of the blank as you may have to measure the thick and width to do it.....Tim.....

timothy,i took a few 1217ba blanks(.050x.330 ) milled off .010 on thickness and shortened and tapered end
bow has double stop and looks nothing like original (simular to 1239 or 1031 push key) but works very well
251e would have worked, but it is only 5pin blank. i will post pictures later, still having problems uploading them(my prorams, not the site)
    thank you

pictures are not very good but my phone does not down load to my computer anymore. computer updated to 3.0 ? my phone camera is 2.0 same usb port?
i think instead of milling .010 off the 1217ba blanks i will go with the 1270 blank (no stop ) and use the tip for a stop when it touches cam
that puts bow against plug but it turns freely and less work . Then i will hang these with my other padlocks,
    thank you
