Default small pin tumbler push key padlocks

need help with the ilco GN and R dsd codes for a couple of these ilco padlocks ? would greatly appreciate the help.
one of the ilco a lockwood blank marked 1004B fit,a y52 would not quite fit ,it is probably no longer available. the y52 even fit the corbin keyway.

Of the three codes I could read in marker:

    • R3157 not found
    • GN7211 cuts 1144 on Ilco 1004M DSD 47
    • GN7599 cuts 6544 on Ilco 1004M DSD 47

    Per Blackhawk Codes on Line.

On other locks of this small padlock type regarding the pin covers--independent lock and corbin lock these small locks on getting the covers off to repin or repair the padlock does anyone know how to remove these covers without damaging them so they can be reused ? The larger padlocks and yale i can go thru the shackle hole without much trouble, these i cannot. Most can be cut to there respective codes, but when shackle is bad or loose or one i have has been glued ? yes glue.
Maybe i should not mess with the covers, any info is greatly appreciated
    thank you
