The cutaway is brand new with PROTOTYPE Dot Matrix key tag and 1 operating key.
The biggest of the cutaway style padlocks, almost 5"tall x nearly 3in wide and shackle 9/16 DIA.

HIGH SHEER Corp Padlock.
Made by the navy.
The most heavy padlock I have ever seen, 5 or 6 pounds.
Used, but in great shape.
New medeco cylinder, 1 control key and 1 operating key.
