Default Chatwood - Kromer wallsafe/locker lock?

This is a wallsafe/locker lock faintly marked ‘MADE IN SWITZERLAND’, with one original key stamped CHATWOOD, presumably bought in from Kromer. The lock provides for 3-point locking at top and bottom of the door, but this was not used — the original case plugs are still in place.
The lock was collected from the Manchester area in the 1970s by a now-dead collector, from a disused bank building.

    Default Chatwood Kromer safe lock?

Apology for duplicate pic, there should be some more here, but will have to post another day.

That Chatwood number relates to November 1879, but I don’t think Kroma made keys that said “Chatwood”
Chatwood cut off the bow and silver soldered on their own.
1879 is 6 years before Chatwood bought their first batch of Kroma 12 lever locks and also probably 6 years before Chatwood produced their first double bitted key lock.
