    Default Dating Chubb locks

    Hello all,
I am restoring a clock which has two locks on the case. They are numbered 572943 and 627829 which I assume they are before 1877 as they are stamped St Paul’s Chruchyard. As well as the dates is there any information about who they were sold to. This is a lot to ask but being a northerner I only know Chatwood and Milner dates.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Brian
Thanks for your speedy reply, I am working on piecing together the history of the clock with Professor Odell and those dates fit perfectly with what we have so far discovered about the clock.
    kind regards
    Chris Taylor
