Default My New Acquisition: Stiffel & Freeman

    First Post, and Newbie.
I recently acquired this old floor safe by Stiffel & Freeman (Made in Philly, PA). I know nothing about old safes or locks, but this thing caught my eye. The combo and mechanism work great, but 95% of the graphics and paint are gone. Looks like the original owner was "B.F. Wise" as you can tell on the front. Take a look at the pics and see what you think. I'm not sure if I should leave it as is, or begin stripping and refinishing it. Any insight, info, or free education is very much needed and welcomed!
