    Default Newbie and new safe

    Hello,

Thanks in advance for any info you can give me on my newly acquired safe. I saw it and purchased for my own use. I would like to understand age, maker and if restoration (weekend warrior) of paint is recommended or leave it as is? Looks to me like this was repainted at one time but don't know the age of paint.

Safe body without wheels 18" tall and about 15" width an 15"depth heavy

As you can see the Dial is Eagle Lock Co and the interior drawer is also Eagle Lock Co with same key.

Again all your comments are MUCH appreciated.
