Default CHUBB DETECTOR PADLOCK or just CHUBB PADLOCK?

This lock is currently being offered on Ebay as a "Chubb Detector". Is this wishful thinking on the seller's part or what?

I think I remember at the time that door locks were available with or without the detector added -but they stamped a "D" on it if they did -no doubt different with the padlocks though
