Default Chatwood lock cover and imperial plaque

Hi all, just acquired this plaque and what I assume is a lock cover from a Chatwood invincible safe/lock. By the numbers can anybody tell me anything about itís age etc ? Possibly anything about the imperial safe plaque? Thanks folks.
