Default Flat keys for PTPK padlock

I have a question regarding flat keys for PTPK padlocks that I hope some of you may be able to answer.
The Yale PTPK padlocks take the Ilco 1031 flat key that fits the keyhole fairly snuggly.
I have 2 Sargent PTPK padlocks that I would like to make new keys for.
I have disassembled them and they are both 5 pin and the keyway is larger in height than the Yale so the 1031 key fits quite loosely. There is a lot of play from top to bottom in the keyway when the key is inserted and the 5th pin is at the slant of the key blank.
I assume that the 1031 would not be suitable for the sargent padlock so does anyone know which key blank would be the proper one for the sargent padlocks.
    Thanks

The last time I know that Ilco has two differ keys for these PTPK. This one it : ILCO 1239, D/L 639, Taylor T113. The width .285"-7.2mm, Thick .004"-1.0mm. I don't know if this on market or not.....Timothy.....

    Thanks for the reply Timothy.
As far as I can see the 1031 and 1239 are the same size.
The 1031 is nickel silver and the 1239 is flat steel.
I have a FULTON PTPK padlock made by Slaymaker with the original key that is .330" wide and .055" thick that fits the Sargent keyway nicely so that would be the key blank that I am looking for.

Just a little more information that I found. Not sure if this the kind of PTPK you have but I'm sure the key blank will fit No. 5559. I know they don't make it any more....Timothy.......

I believe the Sargent 5559 blank is l-o-n-g discontinued but I found an Old Ilco blank that is probably the equivalent, 1248S which is .335" wide x .050" thick; also discontinued but another possibility, see thumb nail attached.
