There is allways time after a meeting for further socialising & networking.

can anyone help with the meanings behind the markings on these little CHUBB padlocks.
Obviously they are used officially - possibly mail bags or satchels?????

Another point Gary is that although the key is marked 'patent' nothing has been found in the British patent abridgements, so maybe its one that was 'applied for' but not granted...
