    Says Stiffel and Freeman Philadelphia at top. Sorry, on;y have these pics on my phone. I can get more when I'm in the shop. My barber shop was, of course, a bank. 1904 I believe was the First National Bank. Delmar, De. Now, the Delmar Barber Shop.

Someone painted the bottom and I would like to remove that paint and clean it up a little. Most of the original paint if flaking off. Wondering about any details you can provide.

    The handle does look like a Hall, but the dial not so much. On the finials, they are very similar to ones on several round door vaults all designed by Hollar, but made by different makers.
