    Default eagle model 04186

Seen this in 1914 eagle catalog on p153. depth and spacing do not correspond to any eagle stats. picked thru center of keyway and shackle released, slowly. there was nothing holding pin springs in. A very large gap between case and pin holes. Not like some yale that have the slider plate on top of pin holes, which falls out when case is seperated from lock body. This is as far as i have went so far,any thoughts or info is greatly appreciated.

Nathan, that same Eagle catalog says these take Eagle 11309 blank which crosses to Ilco 01022E and others. Should be "Eagle Large Pin" spaces and depths as far as I can tell:
    Spaces: 1=.216, 2=.371, 3=.526, 4=.581, 5=.836
    Depths: 1=.320, 2=.302, 3=.284, 4=.266, 5=.248, 6=.230, 7=.212, 8=.194, 9=.176, 0=.158
But since they apparently are not, who knows; perhaps another of life's mysteries?

    thank you Pete.
i tried the depth and spacings for large pin eagle, didn't quite work. i used the 1014 blank and pin punched it from the cylinder pin holes . It was off quite alot, the first cut was at .200 and the last was at .836. The others were at .159 spacing. I got the padlock finished and have more pictures and I wrote down measurements and the lock works pretty good. The problem I had was how pins and springs were held in the chambers. Everything was falling out. I took some master wafers and use them for covers.

About half the pictures would not upload and I still can't get pictures to stay upright even when I turned sideways pictures come out sideways. Lock works very good and I will hang padlock with the rest.
