Default Family Heirloom Marvin and Co

My wife and I inherited a safe. I think it is unusual, so I thought I'd share a few pictures. It opens with a push from a key.

Thank you for sharing the photos. Looks like a nice safe. Any chance you could share a photo of the key?

    Default Marvin / Valentine Butler

Interesting I have never seen Marvin associated with Valentine Butler?

    Default Keys

For whatever reason I can't upload a picture. If I sent it to you via email, would you upload it for me?

It keeps telling me "file failed to load".

It's hard to read the date, but it looks like March 27th, 1858 on the emblem. And May 31st, 1855 on the key hole.
