Default Is this safe older then its lock?

Do you guys feel this safe came with this digital lock? I think its older then the digital lock... but maybe not. Its my first safe purchase and I'm going to clean and paint it up. Any idea what brand this is? Tips or info is appreciated!

The digi lock looks like a LaGard Combogard keypad, and yes, it's a shed load younger than the safe so has obviously been retro-fitted in place of whatever the original lock was.

You should find instructions easy enough online, I think from memory the most common encountered version was the 33E, at least it was on this side of the pond.

Post some closeup pics when you can.

Why is moving it a problem?

It is off the ground, so you can get a couple of rollers under it, or a pallet truck should you have one.

Do the doors lift off? that would make it even easier

The safe in the picture is a York , the lock that should be on that is S&G 6826.
There are a few other company's that used that type of double "L" hing , most notably Alpine safe company.
Alpine used a straight tail type lock, York used a standard type cased lock with hand change wheels.
To move that you are looking about 2500 to 3500 LBS of safe. Tim
