Default Help identifying and dating a Chubb ?? Padlock

I think this may be a Chubb Padlock but cannot tell for sure. The serial # is F4945. As per attached pictures the lock has no other Chubb style markings other than the a crest on the face of the lock and "Chubb London" on what appears to be an original brass key. There are 4 additional steel keys that came with the lock. If it is a Chubb Lock would it possible to estimate the date of manufacture? I have a number of Chubb Padlocks but none have a letter as part of the ID # so that makes me suspicious.

Locks made after 1945 were numbered like that so it's quite correct.

Appreciate the prompt reply! The patina on the lock is so intense and beautiful I thought it was actually older than post 1945
