Need help with stuck pins

Tri-Flow may work. Don't know if they have any Monolex 2059 Spray can in Canada. This is good stuff to use for getting dirt or whatever else. I have been using this for year. Keep this in mind spray it into the plug, if you have a rake pick, use it to loose up the pins and leave it over night. May have to do it again....Timothy.....

I have found a source for Monolex 2059 spray about a 20min car ride from me.
I can get Tri-Flow about 5min walk from me.
Do you find the Monolex 2039 that much better and would it be useful to have both it and Tri-flow on hand?

I never use Tri-Flow that much only for more like to oil something. The last I heard that Tri-Flow have lot oil in it and may could dirt built up inside lock. Monolex 2059 doesn't have a lot of oil in it but believe me it does clearn out the lock real good. Have been using it for year.....Timothy.....

Timothy, I picked up a can of the Monolex 1059 spray this morning.
I sprayed the two padlocks and a number of others that I have.
I will let them sit overnight and try them in the morning.
I'll let you know how it goes.

Great! Remember just take it slow and do it step at a time. If still don't work only if you have air compression to blow it out and lubricant it again. It does take time to do it it may take a week or month. I has one a while back it been two month as finally got it. Just have to be patient to do it.....Timothy......

Not sure if you have done this before or see the inside of the plug. Here picture of what may look like for Yale as this one it four pins as remind you some of these lock have a large pin on the last plug. The top pins don't remember of what they call but there may be in your lock.....Timothy....Got the picture from another forum....

sometimes i have to cut the shim to a round point,the pins are so worn with grooves the shim will not go over the pin top. had to do this on a small corbin

Thanks Nathan, I'll keep that in mind.
The problem with these two locks is that in each there is one pin that I cannot even move.
Hope lots of lube will help, it did with a different lock.
