Federal equipment co. safe
Greetings, I am trying to restore a safe made by federal equipment co. I can't find any information on this safe so I'm thinking maybe they only made the locking mech. and the safe was made by another co. This safe allows the owner to change the combination when they want. I have been able to repair it to a point where it will lock and I can open it with the combination. My problen is the tumblers appear to be a little bent and out of shape so I would like to replace this portion of the lock with something I know will hold up. Does anybody have any spare parts for one of these safes or can you direct me to where I might find them as well as additional information on this safe. Instructions would be great. Thanks for you time. It might be easier to reach me directly to my e-mail address jevans@wbcable.net . Thanks again. Jim
