    Default Vault door falls on man

    I found a few photographs dated July 4, 1963, from the Toronto Telegram, at https://digital.library.yorku.ca/isl...5C%20Geddes%22 with the startling title "Toronto-Dominion Bank : City Hall branch vault door falls on man."

    Very many years an engineer got part of his leg nipped off by a Chubb door in Retford in Nottinghamshire. I think it was at the old National Provincial branch there.
