    Default Getting Small

Been making replacement parts for this miniature combo lock. Absolutely no clue on the manufacturer of the safe, but the laminated door is 3/4" thick. The bronze case is stamped with a no. 3 so others were made as well. Since all the internal parts were missing, except the 2 wheels attached to the back cover, dimensions were based off of the existing wheels. For some reason the pictures posted upside down as as it is a gravity drop lever.

Nice Doug, what's the case size of the lock?

Hi Huw, the door is 5-3/8" x 3-1/2" and the case is 1-1/8" x 13/16" x 1/2". I am surprised at the work done in casting the lock case and its embellishment. Seems that it was an S&G inspired roller bolt, except the wheels were mounted on the back cover.

That's really neat Doug- impressive to have a cast case on something that small- will look forward to updates on your progress with it, is it actually yours or you doing it for a customer? Keep us posted with plenty of pics..
