    Default bramah-type padlock

Well, it is a Bramah-type padlock, and the ring-bow keys suggest late 19C. I doubt it is made by Bramah, but possibly Morden. Or possibly not, as there seems no name on it. Might even be european.

After the patent expired, there were many copies, in Britain and Europe, of varying quality.

Very odd for it to be numbered and not named. An english pattern padlock IMO.

Not bramah, or mordan as it would be marked.

There were other makers copying the Bramah design so it was most likely one of those, alas scant details of them survive.
