Not just the locks, if it does come down to scrap it's worth removing all the hardware- hinge finials, handles & spindles, cast bases wheels etc.

TBH #2 the Marvin doesn't look to be in that bad a condition, and it could look quite fancy with the panelled effect top and perimeter moulding around the front, the wheeled base would look great when highlighted-if you search google images you'll find plenty of similar examples which look great. Gotta be worth saving that one I would think.

whichever ones you decide to scrap though , it's worth a bit of time freeing seized and painted-up parts And removing the hardware as well as the locks, there's always someone stuck for something, and at least you'll get something out of it. Good Luck
