I am trying to understand the origin of a very old key but cannot attach photos - the 10 mb zip file containing the photos should be ok (max allowed 14 mb) but the site continues to state the file is too large.

If anyone knows a workaround to this so that I can successfully upload the files I would be most grateful to hear.
