It's a good book. There is also a volume II. Dave McOmie is without question a master in the field. An interesting thing to note about this book, is that DM provides enough information for the experienced technician / engineer to make an ID of a container and to plan an opening. However, many essential measurements are omitted...
I believe intentionally. This is not a step by step guide to opening High Security Safes. It assumes the operator possesses a certain level of skill and knowledge, and provides just enough information for the inexperienced to have a hellish time. A responsible decision on the part of the author I think.
