    Default Signed Padlock

    Hello everybody!
    Would like to find out some info about this padlock. Found in France with antique items..
    Is it chinese? Its marked, but I can't read it:-(

    Hello, you have a nice example of an oriental spring barb padlock.
    It does look quite well used from the surface marks and patina, but they are still being made today in countless numbers by many countries, so is more than likely only a few decades old at most.

    Yes.It's a Chinese padlock.
    More than one hundred years old.
