    To be brutally honest it's probably a liability rather than an asset.

    Getting vault doors of any size removed safely without damage to the fabric of a building or serious injury costs money, sometimes a lot of money.

    At the very least you might (and it's a fairly big might) get someone that will take it out for nothing. But realistically expect to pay for it to be removed.

    I'm not familiar with doors from USA but those look to me like lift off carriages. So the whole door could be lifted off the frame and the frame left in situ if you simply wanted to get rid of the door.

    Do you know how the frame is mounted? Is it bricked in or attached using grips. If you could lift the door off then it would be worth investigating. Largely, though, I am with the others on this one. You aren't going to make anything out of selling it especially when you consider removal and redecoration costs. So leave it be and treat it as a feature!
