Default Small brass padlock dated 1795.

My first Post.......Trying to get information about a small brass padlock stamped "1795". Can't clearly read the stamping on the front. It links like "A_ _ ANCE LOCK WORKS" and below that is "ALCAR"

That lock is not antique, it was made very recently, in Aligarh, India.
