    Default CHUBB (detector ) PADLOCK

    Hi Everyone,
    This is a chubb(detector) padlock.
    There are no serial numbers on this padlock.
    Can anyone please tell me how old is it?

    That lock was made between 1946 & 1952.

    Actually the post above is incorrect.

    Your lock has the remains of the serial number, plus the address stamp.

    As such it will be 1901 to 1939 .
