Default update to my bronze key

I have been looking into kew gardens
on the key its self is marked goldring and Kingston
I assumed this could mean gates but there are not
any gates called Kingston or goldring at kew gardens.
could the goldring Kingston be the company who produced
    the key.
all I know is the key was given to my uncle by his father who
worked for kew gardens along time ago as my uncle passed away
at 77yrs 12yrs ago my auntie has just passed away and left me this key in
her will.so any info on type of key, where it was used etc would be great

    hello,

    the picture is not sharp,
so it is difficult to see if the key was used in a lock.

i guess it is a presentation key, usually this keys are
    made of iron not bronze.
