Old english padlock

Hi, before few days i found this huge padlock. It Has the following dimensions - 17/13 centimeter ! I guess the marks are "R V" "patent" (Regina Victoria), but I'm not entirely sure. Maybe it's manufactured between 1840-1850.

this kind of keys usually are sold as venetian keys,
from 15th-17th century.

is it possible to get another picture from the key?

I read somewhere that the "Venetian" style key had become a popular collectable among the wealthy English tourists to Italy in the 1700-1800's. That could explain this key bow on an English lock. Doug
