Weird key and design what is it for?

Found it on the ground near home. Not sure what it is, but pretty funky. Looks like some sort of screw driver or bit wrench, after market Key.

Ah, I think I have found out what this key is. Might just as well return it to the rightful owners, I even almost threw it in the Garbage Can.
