Hi all. I love old locks so I thought I'd finally join up! Been on LP101 for about 8 years but I rarely inhabit there. I'm more on Keypicking.com but am a member on UKLS too.

Anyway, hello all, good to be here.

Welcome aboard! Unlike the other sites this is probing the past in lock design and how thru locks made over time we get where we are today.... along with looking at some REALLY cool locks. We don't discuss bypass, picking, bumping, ect..unless it is a historic point and pertinent to the lock and design... we leave rest to the other boards.

Always nice to welcome another lock enthusiast. Dean is correct in that our focus is on antique locks. I have noticed many times that the naturaly enquireing mind of the enthusiast inetivily developes into historical and archaeological matters - so welcome to our world. You will find much here to to fasinate and enthrall you.
