    Default Padlock Mallory I.D.

    I want to know a little about this one?? was it hardware or?? the hasp and key both have "PAINT"stamped into them..maybe an idea as to age/value.. the key does not engage the locking mechanism .. (doesn't lock)..I couldn't find mallory without wheeler .. thanks.
