    No for opening a Shop.
I do Historical Site renovations for Locks & Keys.
Writing national magazine articles takes time.
And whats left is for graphics and the family.
The most unlikely places turn up great old locks & keys.
Its usualy when you don't have any money left.

Thanks Dicey. No I'm building a new garage/shop at home just so I have space to display and play with my hobbies. I also collect antique gas engines and restore them and I'm getting into antique tractors. My basement workshop that I currently use for my locksmithing has filled to over capacity and my current garage is to small and in to much need of repair , so it's comming down and the new bigger one is going up.
