    Greetings all ...
    The beauty of old things is only seen through eyes of appreciation.
    I have become a member to learn and appreciate more about the old locks and keys made by some of the genius's of the Industrial Revolution, finding particular parts of the puzzle begins to make a picture of immense understanding. I am here to learn. Thank you for giving me access.

    Greetings Guinevere:

    Welcome aboard.
    The internet is amazing as a source for previously scattered information.
    My articles about antique locks and keys have been published in a
    national locksmith magazine for several years.
    Additionaly restoration work has been done by myself at Heritage protected sites.

    Contained in the descriptions are some insights picked up over the years
    of researching antique and ancient hardware.

    Some of the images I made of the keys served as a basis for silkscreen prints.
    For credible and realistic images the illustrator must have the actual object to
    base the graphic on.
