    Default Need key

I have an old Mosler safe that I have the combination for and can open the big outside doors, but I do not have the key for the inner doors. There is a knob around the key hole that I removed and I see the number 298 stamped on the shaft and knob (could this be a key number). Looks like it would be a flat key like a suit case would use. One of the handles on the outside of the safe has the number 128568 stamped on it could this be the s/n? Any info on this safe and where I could get a key would be helpful THANKS

Any safe tech can help you with this common problem. I know quite a few but I don't know where you are in the US. Send me a PM if you like or if you want to make sure that the person is well trained you could use this search:

This won't help you gain entry, but the serial number suggests the safe was built in 1896.
