I have just acquired one of these Milner with Hobbs protectors so I can answer your wondering Huw. They're like busse as they say! It was a bit warped so I've straightened it a bit and it won't slide freely so I'll have to sort it but here you go.

Nice one Tom. The plaque below the escutcheon is identical to a one that I have somewhere except its named Fraser and Co Glasgow as opposed to Bash and Co. Very nice selection of some fairly difficult to find plaques. I've seen the bottom left on eBay once or twice but never the other three.
That's the one, similar but not identical. That escutcheon is well nice Tom. You have some brilliant plaques. Only a collector could get this excited about seeing some plaques which are unknown to him! Keep em coming 😄
