Victor Treasure Chest Safe

Picked this guy up for 20 bucks a few weeks back. Weighs maybe 50-60 lbs. Looking for any info on this safe. The only things I've come across are a few Ebay ads showing them going with shipping in the 200 dollar range.

I have started a restoration project on this safe as it has a few spots were its started to rust through. There was an inspection stamp dated March 26 1941 on the inner sleeve, but from researching sperry rand they didnt come iinto existence till the mid 50s.
