Hello, am hopine an image has been uploaded. If not, shall have snot her go..
Yay. This is a safe I have been given. If I can move it haha. .
It's an unusual shape, kind of a crate shape, and the hinges see on the left. All the safes I've seen on Google images are hinged on the right and square. It does open but there is no key, yet.
Has anyone any information on year please.
Regards grant
Here's another. It's been painted in a faux wood effect too.
It certainly is an unusual shape. Do you have dimensions?
Hello chubby, it's about 3 1/2 feet tall.
Nice safe, first time I’ve seen a Milner safe in a chest form. You’ve got yourself a nice safe that’s not the usual run of the mill upright type. Will be nice to see it when open .
Not quite unique but certainly not a chest with a door of that weight.

rods of precious metals. This one illustrated however is compartmentalised and has a wooden lining which was sometime used to increase the protection against fire.
The escutcheon lock for dual control suggests a higher degree of security against entry by collusion.
