I find this fascinating. Did they make a 4-wheel lock such that it could easily and intentionally be "down-converted" to a three-wheel lock?

Of the three codes I could read in marker: R3157 not found GN7211 cuts 1144 on Ilco 1004M DSD 47 GN7599 cuts 6544 on Ilco 1004M DSD 47 Per Blackhawk Codes on Line. Pete Schifferli
You were correct, it was a rivet. Now drilled out, hinge tapped & oversized screw made. Just got to get safe body upstairs now. Hopefully 2 people can carry it.
Gary, as usual you are correct on the 4 wheels. the reason i said 3 was because i have the 3 numbers for the combo. However i just checked and when i dial the first number, wheels one and two move at...
I am hoping that someone can answer that question. No problem in finding a change key. Still hoping to find a couple of replacement dials.
