    Default stokes padlock

I have three of these padlocks - two at 3" and one 2" - warded mechanism - riveted laminated body. I believe they are locally made (Australia) but have absoutely no information on them - any help would be greatly appreciated. Two different keyway styles.
Dated 1944 and 1945 and stamped with the government broard arrow or crows foot and DD possibly Department of Defense or Defense Department.
