    Default Identification assistance

    Good day,
Wondering if anyone can help with this lock. It was found in Culpeper Virginia, It was manufactured by the Eagle Lock Company, Terryville Ct, USA, solid brass,
spring loaded lock fly, accepts barrel type key, rear of lock stamped first quality.

    Would appreciate any input!!

    Thank you!!

Pictures of the back side would help us. Also if you can get a shot with the keyhole exposed would also help. Sometimes the keyway might tell us more about a lock. Outside of that you have pegged it. It is an Eagle lock. I might have been made in the railroad type of locks or it just might be a padlock that is about 60-100 years old.

    BTW- Great pictures!
