Third from the top is Bramah type. Bottom is a piano key (probably steinway). The others are just warded keys.

I know, not much help, but the first key strikes me as one that was cut away to make a "master key" or a "pick key", in any case this key originally had more meat on it. It was most likely used for some piece of furniture.
The second key looks very jewely boxish to me.

The first key ( with the tapered square end) is for an old sewing machine case ( Usually a portable sewing machine with a wooden cover)
